On the
site of former churches, then a private company now this
places acts as the Wayang Museum. Open from Tuesday to
Sunday, it costs 2000 rp admission. If you want to take
pictures then you must pay an extra 15,000 rp.

The
pleasant courtyard reflects its earlier life with
several tombstones dedicated to earlier prominent Dutch
settlers.
If you are
interested in Wayang and shadow puppetry then on the
last Sunday of the month there is a show put on here. I
did meet one of the puppeteers who puts on the show with
his father, he speaks very good English. I asked him to
knock up some information about his art and look forward
to receiving that.
